Delivery is what we do

Radial specializes in working with new and existing clients who need a radical focus on delivery, and have focused their efforts on business and customer development. It’s our clients’ job to build their business - we will build the software. As such, we’re ready to help you move as quickly as you want to.

While we don’t believe that simply adding resources to a project will necessarily increase the pace for that project’s delivery (see: The Mythical Man Month), we do work within a framework that allows us to make immediate impact, and to accelerate our client’s progress. We can support our clients by providing a range of services from application stability support only, through our entire team working full-time on your product.

Typically, our customers choose to engage a pair of developers working full-time for two sprints each month.

Call us

The above represent rough guidelines for understanding the budget process for your product. We take great pride in only asking our clients to pay us for work that we have done, and which the customer is able to release. Our monthly charges are estimated, based on a four-week (non-calendar) sprint/month, and your company will only billed for work actually completed. We are able to offer additional goal-oriented sprints for certain types of work, including larger or smaller budgets.

Planning your project

Radial works with clients from every stage of business development, from brand-new startups to clients with established products, and those looking to simply accelerate the pace of their development. While our focus on relentless delivery will not waiver based on the stage of your business, our engagement differs slightly depending on what your needs are. Choose from the options below to learn about typical project expectations for your situation.

Startups projects

We love helping new startups and entrepreneurs with a validated idea. We encourage the application of the techniques detailed in Steve Case’s The Four Steps to the Epiphany and Eric Reis’ The Lean Startup, as well as many of the principles of Agile software development.

Depending on the size and scope of your project, we expect your initial engagement will look something like this:

Following this cycle, you will have a very strong foundation for your product, and we can work to schedule your continuing development, based on your expectations, and your experience developing your customers.

Existing projects

Radial has a great deal of experience working with existing clients - sometimes startups with additional needs unmet by their team, and sometimes existing products within larger companies. We utilize Lean and Agile development practices in much the same manner as with greenfield startups.

During this effort, we expect to deliver at least two significant milestones, and we can work to schedule your continuing development, based on your expectations, and your experience developing your customers.

"Thank you so much again! I've had a great experience with you! I'll definitely be sharing your service with my network."
