Business Inteligence and Productivity Applications
Info-panels, portals, and dashboards OR B2B Productivity Applications

Typically more feature-rich and robust that your standard MVP, business and B2B applications take more work to launch and often require more work in term of managing stakeholders and requirements.
Our unique process ensures that your product will yield results quickly and visibly: allowing you to demonstrate value to stakeholders early in the process. You’ll be in control of priorities throughout the development cycles and able to change course as soon as week 2 if necessay, without endangering release schedules.
If what you need is a clear way to get information from technology and systems, a dashboard or info panel may be what you’re looking for. And with a variety of deployment options you can have all the data you need in the palm of your hand or on a wall near you!

Portals
Build out intranet or customer portals with key information clearly organized and architechted. Pull together resources from multiple sources and create a single place for your team to check up on work, the company status, and human resources.
Integration with HRMS solutions, knowledge management, and project tracking systems is simple but pricing will need to be based on the number and complexity of integrations.
We are also able to use hosted Artificial Intelligence (AI/LLM/NLP) and Full-Text search to indentify resouces in multiple available platforms and networks.

Info-panels
Access Real-time information on screen panels and internet-based pages using small-scale electronics for screen controls on-prem, and state-of-the-art real-time web technologies in the browser.
Enable notifications, desktop and control center widgets, and other mobile solutions. Build systems that support alerts and real-time data monitoring for your whole enterprise.
Use cost-effective solutions such as PWA's to build in paralell with multiple available build targets.
Options include API integrations, aggregate reports, logging, mapping, and business intelligence.

Dashboards
Create presentation-ready solutions for specific predefined business intelligence needs. Handle complex math, long-processing evaluations, and daily reporting automatically and in a single place.
Manage data for internal projects, including research or development, customer data, and financials.
Connect useful administrative tooling to technology deployed on-prem, at customer sites, or in the cloud using modern web streaming or vetted network technologies.

B2B Apps
We build complex multi-tenant business application using industry standard processes and architectures. Serve B2B customers with a custom branded interface that you own completely and that can be a profit center not a financial boat anchor.
Take for example marketplaces or scheduling tools like Uber or Etsy; or e-commerce platforms that leverage payment systems from square, stripe, or shopify.
These multi-milestonew projects are designed to be build over a longer period of time to ensure that a broader set of stakeholders can participate in the process.

Discounts and Extras
If you’re a product professional, UX/Designer, or Project Manager, we’re happy to waive parts of our fee for MVP development. Also, if you’re satisfied with our work after the initial 3 milestones, we’re happy to schedule additional objectives for $25,600 each or hourly at our standard rate of $400 per hour.
Product Roadmap Development
We understand about big dreams. We have helped people to build multiple companies from them. We also know that to eat an elephant, you must do it one spoonful at a time.
Roadmap development allows us to optimize your development timeline to ensure that spending is strategic and that what you build begins addressing your target market right away; That way, you don’t run out of money before you realize your vision and your don’t sink all your savings into something that can’t make it in the market.
Milestones
A Project milestone is a unit of known-completable work. We use milestones as markers for segments of iterative development. Usually we complete a milestone every 2 weeks unless we identify that your project requires a different sprint delivery schedule.
When we plan your project, we right-size milestones to be completed on this timeline and typically will have 1 milestone in progress and 2 or 3 planned out so that we have a 6-week runway of work for ongoing projects.
A normal MVP has 3 milestones in total to allow for an effective and limited market test that keeps market-fit variability to a minimum. Once there is some identified market fit and early-adopter traction, we schedule longer-term timelines with more milestones.
Maintenance
Radial offers maintenance as part of our standard partnership plan. This ensures your app stays up to date, secure, and that you always have someone familiar with the code.
User Experience and User Interface Design
Radial contracts with outside vendors for this; UI and UX professionals aid in the product design and roadmap and coordinate with us to help you build the most attractive/effective product in the short and long term. Learn More About Our Design Partners
Modular Development
We use a modular approach to development called incremental or iterative delivery. Basically, by breaking your project into pieces of complete functionality, we can deliver working units faster, more frequently, and adjust based on customer needs.
Product Management and Quality Assurance
Our philosophy is that product management and QA go hand in hand: where it is product’s role to define specifications and expectations, it is the role of QA to ensure those specifications and expectations are met.
Internally, we have the same people doing both: developing specifications and verifying work product.
In addition, we have developers doing peer QA on work before it is delivered to product to ensure that QA on developer work doesn’t get “tossed over the wall” either way and we cut down on an adversarial relationship between those who are responsible for the quality of our work and those who implement our work product.
You always have the option to do this yourself: we’ll happily support specification development and do preliminary QA, but you have the option to review our pre-release development and approve or reject work based on your own standards, and for a reduced cost.
