Radial’s philosophy is that businesses that have resources to spare should share rather then needlessly hoard them. We call this philosophy “Give First.” As an organization, we have to keep time free for various activities, but using that time to advise early-stage startups or executives is a great way to use that time.

Radial’s Founders, Ben West and Marshall Smith have been in tech and part of the ecosystem for 2 decades. One has a masters in business and one has been a freelancer and entrepreneur for that time. We’ve helped to launch multiple companies and lanched a few ourselves. We have failures and successes to our name. We are continuously advancing our skills and knowledge through conferences and direct experience.

Whether your app is 95% of the way to launch or a 10-year-old disaster, we’re a great ally in getting you up an running. We’ve seen some gnarly codebases and totally over how hell is other people’s code. We’re unfazed.

We’ll dive right in, figure out what’s going on and get you running.

If you don’t have the code, we’ll do what we can to recover it if possible. If it’s a tool you use and want to add a feature, we’ll investigate if there is a way to do that and negotiate on your behalf to get what you need.

The older the code is, the more we may have to work on the foundations to get you to the finish line, but the results will be worth it. We’ll also be able to tell you if it will be more efficient to start over – but that’s something we try to avoid.
